Additional Charges & Policies (No VAT)
- All rates shown are final — we are not VAT registered, so no VAT will be added.
- Charges apply per tradesperson attending.
- Materials: Billed at cost + 25% handling fee.
- Parking & congestion charges: Passed on at cost.
- Sourcing time (where applicable): £20 flat fee (e.g., for collecting parts).
- Specialist subcontractors (if needed): Charged at cost + 25%.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a £20 late notice fee.
No-Show / Abortive Visit Policy
If our engineer arrives and cannot carry out the work due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., no access, job not ready), a minimum call-out charge may apply.
For fixed-rate bookings or any bookings made after 6:00 PM on weekdays or any time on weekends, we reserve the right to charge the full estimated value if the appointment is missed or canceled without proper notice.
